Bounce houses need a flat setup area and access to a power outlet within about 50 feet. Water slides also need a working water hose connection, a flat, clear area that is ready before delivery, and a gate or entrance at least 4 feet wide. If power is not available, ask us about generator options.

Weather policy: If the weather looks unsafe, you can cancel the day before your event, or on the day of your event before our crew leaves for delivery, and choose a full refund (including your deposit) or a rain check good for 1 year. Once our crew is on the way, we can reschedule or give you a rain check. No weather refunds after setup.
