Q.Q. What happens if it rains on my rental day? Can I cancel?
A.We understand weather is unpredictable in Louisiana. If rain is forecasted, you can cancel your order up to the day before delivery and receive a rain check valid for one year. Once the equipment is delivered and set up, no refunds are given. Also note that our inflatable tent is not recommended for heavy rain or stormy conditions, as water may accumulate on the roof. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your event and the weather.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A. Yes! We deliver to many surrounding areas. Our website automatically calculates any applicable travel fees once you enter your event address during checkout. This way, you can see your complete quote online with no need to call. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us..
Q.Does the standard 8 hour rental time include your set up time?
A.A. No. We always plan to set up before your scheduled rental time so that you can enjoy the full 8-hour period. Depending on our delivery schedule, we may sometimes need to deliver your rental the day before. If this happens, you will receive a text message or phone call to confirm that early delivery is acceptable. πŸ‘‰ Please note: early delivery does NOT affect your rental schedule β€” your reserved rental period and pickup time remain exactly as scheduled, even if we deliver early.
Q.When do you set up?
A.Our goal is always to set up before your rental start time. In most cases, we deliver 1–3 hours before your event begins, depending on our schedule. For very busy days, we may arrange early delivery, including the day before β€” in this case, we will notify you by text or call to confirm the day before. Your rental time will remain as scheduled.
Q.We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A. Absolutely not! All of our inflatables are cleaned and sanitized after every rental at our warehouse. We also perform a final check and wipe-down at your location before setup, to ensure everything looks great β€” especially if travel or weather may have caused minor dust. 🧼✨ Your safety and satisfaction are very important to us!
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A. Yes and no β€” here’s how it works: πŸ‘‰ If we deliver the inflatable a day early (with your permission), you’re welcome to enjoy it that day. However, when you’re done using it for the evening, please unplug it β€” this prevents the blower from running all night unnecessarily and saves electricity. βš‘οΈπŸ’‘ πŸ‘‰ On the day of your event, once you plug it in, the inflatable must stay connected and the blower running the entire time it’s in use β€” otherwise it will deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A. We love setting up at parks! 🏞️ However, most parks do NOT have electricity. If you plan to have your event at a park, you will need to rent a generator (we have generators available at a reasonable cost). πŸ‘‰ Important: When booking your rental, please make sure to indicate that it will be at a park β€” this allows us to schedule your delivery accordingly and ensure we arrive at the exact time you request for setup. Parks are first come, first served, so be sure to secure your spot early on the day of your event.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Zelle, and Cash App. 🏦 If paying with cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash. You will receive payment instructions in your confirmation email. If you have any questions about how to pay, feel free to contact us β€” we’re happy to help!
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A. We understand that plans and weather can change β€” especially here in Louisiana! β˜”οΈβ˜€οΈ πŸ‘‰ You may cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date for a full refund of your deposit or full payment (if already paid). πŸ‘‰ If you cancel between 2–7 days prior, your payment will be applied as a rain check, valid for 1 year to use on a future rental. πŸ‘‰ If there is heavy rain or storms expected that will make it unsafe to set up your inflatable or tent, we will contact you to discuss options. In case of bad weather, you can cancel and receive a rain check valid for 1 year. πŸ‘‰ Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may forfeit the payment, depending on the situation. πŸ’³ Refunds will always be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if paid by credit card, the refund will be issued back to that same card. πŸ“… Please note: Although we process refunds immediately upon request, banks or credit card processors may take 3–5 business days (or more, depending on their policies) to reflect the refund in your account. Please consult your bank or card issuer if you have questions about processing times. IMPORTANT: Safety is our priority β€” we will not set up in unsafe weather conditions. Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes β€” we require a deposit of 10% of the total order (including delivery and any applicable costs). The exact deposit amount will be displayed at checkout after you complete your order details on our website. πŸ‘‰ Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. πŸ‘‰ If you cancel 2–7 days prior to your rental date, your deposit will be issued as a rain check, valid for 1 year toward a future rental. πŸ‘‰ For cancellations due to unsafe weather, please refer to our weather policy for options. Note: Deposits help us reserve your items and schedule your delivery β€” thank you for understanding! 😊
Q.How big are the jumps?
A.Our inflatables come in various sizes β€” many are 15'x15' or larger. You can find the exact size for each unit on its product page. πŸ‘‰ Please note that the space required is more than just the size of the inflatable itself: Each unit requires additional space around it for safety stakes/anchors to properly secure the inflatable. It also needs room for the blower, which must remain connected and unobstructed during use. The inflatable must not rub against walls, fences, or trees, as this can cause damage. πŸ‘‰ Access requirements: If the inflatable will be placed in your backyard, we require a gate or pathway at least 4 feet wide, free of obstacles. We do not deliver inflatables up stairs or through elevated decks β€” the access must be level. If we cannot access the setup area, we may offer to install the inflatable in your front yard if space allows. If no suitable space is available, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case. βœ… Please measure your space carefully and contact us if you have any questions. We want your delivery to be safe and successful!
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.We can set up on grass (🌿 our favorite and safest option for kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. πŸ‘‰ IMPORTANT: If your setup will be on asphalt or concrete, you MUST indicate this when placing your order. We will need to bring a special padded mat to provide a safe landing area for Waterslides and large inflatables, as sliding or exiting directly onto hard surfaces could cause discomfort or injury. We will also use sandbags/weights instead of ground stakes β€” this will add an extra cost. ❗ If you do not specify that the surface is asphalt or concrete ahead of time, we will not be prepared to set up safely. This could cause delivery delays, require us to return with the proper materials, and additional fees may apply. πŸ‘‰ We CANNOT set up on any type of rocks, gravel, or uneven rocky surfaces, as this will damage the vinyl. πŸ‘‰ For Waterslides, grass is strongly recommended for safety and the best experience. If you have any questions about your surface or space, please contact us before booking!
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes! You will receive an email with a link to review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement and Safety Rules. Please note: your reservation is not complete and payment (deposit or full amount) cannot be processed until you have signed the contract. If you need a copy at any time, feel free to contact our office β€” we’ll be happy to provide it.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are NOT responsible for normal wear and tear on our units (for example, small tears in seams from normal use). If you notice any such issue, please notify us immediately so we can address it. πŸ‘‰ If you purchased the Damage Waiver, this covers minor accidental damage during normal use (such as a small tear or puncture). It does not cover damage caused by negligence or failure to follow our safety rules (example: leaving the blower running in high winds 🌬️, allowing pets inside, using sharp objects, etc.). If you did not purchase the Damage Waiver, you will be responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence, including repair or full replacement of the unit or blower. ⚠️ This is why you are required to read and sign our Safety Rules and Contract before completing your reservation β€” to ensure that you understand and agree to operate the equipment responsibly.
