All refunds, including deposits or full payments, are processed through the same payment method used in your booking. For example, a credit card refund will go back to your credit card. Refund processing times may vary by bank, typically 3 to 5 business days.

It does not cover negligence or misuse. For example: leaving the blower running in high winds, unauthorized use, or failure to follow safety instructions.
